Please read this agreement before using the Baking Bread mobile application ("the Application"). By installing and using the Application, you agree to all the terms of the License. You may only use the Application under the terms of this License - if the terms are not acceptable to you, you may not use the Application.

1 General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement ("License") sets forth the terms of use of the Baking Bread mobile application, which is a computer program, and is concluded between any person using the Application ("User") and the developer of the Baking Bread mobile application ("Copyright Holder"). The Application provides the User with the organization of technological interaction for transfers in favor of the User, informing them about transfers, functionality for invoicing, initiating refunds ("Service"). What is not included in the terms of the License: relations regarding monetary transfers, other operations related to banking activities, and other relations not provided for by the License, since the Copyright Holder is not the operator of the Service. Additionally, the License does not affect the User's obligations to third parties to whom money is transferred through the Application. These obligations are regulated by law and/or the User's agreement with third parties.

1.2. The Copyright Holder grants the User a non-transferable right to use the Application worldwide, free of charge, under a simple (non-exclusive) license. The Application is free if used under the terms of the License for personal non-commercial purposes. To use under other conditions, a separate agreement with the Copyright Holder is required.

1.3. The Application can be copied and installed on an unlimited number of devices for direct use.

1.4. What is prohibited: modifying, decompiling, disassembling, decrypting, and performing other actions with the object code of the Application to obtain information about the algorithms of the Application. It is also prohibited to create derivative works using the Application and to use the Application for purposes other than its direct purpose without the written consent of the Copyright Holder.

1.5. The User may not change the name of the Application, change or remove the copyright notice or other indication of the Copyright Holder. This License does not grant the right to use intellectual property, including trademarks, except for the rights granted by the License regarding the Application.

1.6. Term of the License: from the date of commencement of use by the User until the User deletes the Application from their device or until the expiration of the term of the License, as notified by the Copyright Holder on their website (whichever occurs first).

1.7. The License applies to all subsequent versions of the Application, if the update is not accompanied by another licensing agreement. By agreeing to install the update, the user accepts the terms of the License for new versions of the Application.

2 Specific Features of the Application

2.1. Some functions of the Application can only be performed when connected to the Internet. The User independently provides the connection on the terms of their communication operator or provider.

2.2. The Application may send informational messages to the User, including push notifications. The User is entitled to configure notification functions on their device and/or in the Application.

2.3. The Copyright Holder may automatically recognize: the type of operating system of the User's mobile device, the version and identifier of the Application, statistics on the use of the Application's functions, and other technical information. By using the Application, the User agrees to this. The Copyright Holder may use the information at their discretion, including transferring data (without linking to the User) to third parties and using it for reports on the Application.

2.3. The Application may access the User's device cameras to facilitate input of information when using the Application.

3 Liability

3.1. The Application is provided "as is." The Copyright Holder does not provide any warranties of error-free and uninterrupted operation of the Application, compliance of the Application with the User's goals and expectations, or any other warranties not explicitly stated in the License. The User agrees that any information from the Copyright Holder (including oral and written recommendations) not explicitly expressed in the License is not a guarantee.

3.2. The Copyright Holder is not responsible for the consequences and damage from the use, non-use, or inability to use the Application, including due to errors in the operation of the Application, except as provided by law.

4 Changes to the License Terms

4.1. Changes to the Agreement are made by the User's acceptance of the offer from the Copyright Holder. The Copyright Holder sends an offer to the User regarding changes to the License by publishing a new edition of the Agreement on the website.

4.2. The offer is considered accepted if the User continues to use the Application.

4.3. The User has the right to refuse to execute this Agreement within three calendar days from the date of publication of the new edition of the License by discontinuing the use of the Application and deleting it from their device.

5 Other Provisions

5.1. This License and all relations related to the use of the Application are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any claims or lawsuits regarding the License or the Application are filed and considered in the court at the location of the Copyright Holder.
