1. The Application is intended solely for the User to access the Service. The Application's copyright holder does not collect or store the User's personal data.

2. The copyright holder may have access to information about the device used by the User, as indicated in clause 2.3 of the Agreement on the use of the Application. Such information does not allow the copyright holder to identify the specific individual using the Application. Technical device information may only be used by the copyright holder to improve the Application.

3. The copyright holder reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy by publishing a new version on its website.
